What is it
Irritant dermatitis is an acute inflammatory form of dermatitis characterized by redness, swelling, itching, oozing, crusting, cracking, etc. It is caused by repeated contact with one or more substances that irritate the skin, which may be encountered at home, during leisure-time activities, or at work: examples include bleach, ammoniac, decalcifying or diluting agent, rust and paint removers, etc.
What to do
In order to allow irritant dermatitis to heal, in addition to avoiding contact with irritants, it is necessary to reduce or stop washing temporarily, and to apply DERMICTIOL CREAM in the evenings as a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-itching agent, and PEG BALM in the mornings as a means of healing the skin lesions.
Once remission has been obtained, EMOLLIENT OINTMENT EXTREME should be used to protect the skin and CLEANSING CREAM for washing.
